    STEP 1: Book Your Complimentary Consultation
    Let’s start with a no-pressure, 30-minute call to chat about what’s going on in your body, what you’ve tried so far, and where you want to go. This is your space to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

    STEP 2: Complete Your Intake Forms
    Once you're ready to move forward, you’ll receive a personalized intake packet that includes a detailed health history form, symptom and lifestyle screeners, and space to share your goals, habits, and challenges. This allows me to tailor the program from the very beginning.

    STEP 3: Your First 1:1 Session + VYTA Method Handbook
    You’ll book your first 60-minute session where we begin mapping your personalized path forward. Afterward, you'll receive your custom VYTA Method Handbook, complete with your initial nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan, and we’ll book your second session.

    STEP 4: Deep Dive Wellness Plan Review
    Your second session is a 90-minute in-depth review of your wellness plan. This is where we unpack the "why" behind your strategy, troubleshoot any concerns, and ensure your plan feels aligned, practical, and empowering. You'll leave with a clear roadmap and confidence to get started.

    STEP 5: Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions + Daily Support
    We meet every two weeks to review progress, adjust your protocol, and dive into the 5 Vital Pillars of the VYTA Method. Between sessions, you’ll complete simple daily check-ins through your app and have unlimited access to me for questions, feedback, and support.
