Next, we shift from depletion to nourishment. This means refeeding your body with ancestral, bioavailable foods, stabilizing blood sugar, and gently rebuilding metabolic flexibility — no tracking, no restriction, just true nourishment.
3. Reconnect
Once nourishment is consistent, we explore hunger cues, somatic eating, emotional patterns, and body trust. This phase is about slowing down and rebuilding your relationship with food and how your body communicates with you.
4. Rewild
Now we root deeper into seasonal living, gut restoration, and environmental rhythms — syncing your nourishment and lifestyle with nature’s cues. Think ancestral wisdom, mineral-rich foods, and lifestyle shifts that bring your body back into flow.
5. Repattern
Finally, we integrate movement, cyclical living, and sustainable rituals to carry this into your real life. You’ll build a lifestyle that supports your metabolism, mood, and body trust — long after our sessions end.

As you flow through the hybrid program, you can add on a 1:1 coaching upgrade for biweekly in-person sessions to help overcome obstacles and deepen integration.
