For the woman tired of fighting her body

From bloating, burnout, and confusion around food → metabolism + nervous system regulation for sustainable body composition and vitality.

If this feels familiar…

You may feel like you’ve spent years trying to get your body to cooperate—trying to eat in a way that actually works, trying to be consistent, trying to understand why your body feels so different now.

And yet it still feels like things aren’t really landing. Your energy can be all over the place, your appetite doesn’t feel predictable, and there’s this ongoing sense that your body isn’t quite responding the way it should.

It can start to feel like no matter what you do, things don’t really shift in a way that lasts.

And underneath that, there’s usually the same quiet frustration:
Why is this so hard when I’m trying so hard?

This is often what happens when the systems that regulate energy, appetite, digestion, and metabolism have been shaped over time by stress, restriction, and long-term pressure.

My work focuses on supporting those systems so things can start to feel more steady, responsive, and familiar again.

Hi! I’m Shaylyn

A Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Integrative Wellness Coach

My work is for women who feel like they’ve tried everything—yet still don’t feel fully at home in their bodies.

My own journey has moved through rigid food rules, burnout, anxiety, body changes, and periods of rebuilding my health from the ground up. Over time, I realized my nervous system—not my effort—was the limiting factor.

What I learned through lived experience and clinical work is that changes with food alone isn’t enough.

Food is the fuel—but not the system.

Real change comes from supporting the deeper systems that shape how your body regulates energy, appetite, and recovery over time.
