Hi! I’m Shaylyn.

A Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Integrative Wellness Coach, who works with women that feel burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, and stuck in cycles of dieting, stress, and inconsistent energy.

For much of my early adult life, I experienced my own version of this — moving between rigid food rules, intense wellness routines, and periods of self destructive burnout, anxiety, and hormonal imbalance. Over time, my nervous system became the limiting factor, not my effort or discipline.

At 29, I reached a point where I had to step back and rebuild my relationship with food, my body, and my daily rhythms in a more sustainable way.

What I discovered through both lived experience and clinical work is that food alone isn’t enough to shift these patterns.

It’s the fuel — but not the system.

That’s why I created Vitally Nourished — a structured, supportive container that helps women rebuild the foundations underneath nutrition: nervous system regulation, metabolic rhythm, and body awareness.

My work focuses on helping you move out of stress-based eating patterns and into a more grounded, intuitive relationship with your body over time.
