Hi! I’m Shaylyn.

For years, I battled binge eating, rigid diets, and intense wellness protocols — all while struggling with self-regulation, body dysmorphia, burnout, and past substance use.

At age 29, I crashed out—nervous system exhaustion forced me to stop burning the candle at both ends, and start rebuilding my relationship with my body and mind through nourishment, trust, and self-compassion.

Now as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist + Wellness Coach, I help women who are done with dieting and shame to rebuild their metabolism and self-trust using a bioenergetic, body-neutral approach.

After working 1:1 with clients, I realized that many women needed the same thing: a system designed to recalibrate the nervous system and allow for energy to come back online.

Food alone isn’t enough to change the patterns in the body. It’s simply the fuel, not the fire.
